Of the homes that sold, the average list price was $823,613 and the average sold price was $780,564, which means that homes sold for approximately 94.773% of their list price. The average number of days on market for homes that sold was 75 (same as July). Condos/Townhouses – August 2013 - 25 sales Twenty-five condominium/townhouse units sold in August, up from 17 in July, at an average list price of $382,548, and an average sold price of $367,720.
